Order Processing & Shipping
Plaid Squirrel processes and ships orders on weekdays, Monday through Friday excluding holidays.  Validated orders submitted prior to 5pm CST will be processed the same business day.  Orders received after 5pm CST will be processed the next business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and 3-5 days business days for shipping.  All packages ship from our facility in Plano, TX.  For rush delivery options, please contact customer service prior to placing your order.

When placing an order on FuzzyHeads.com

2.  If you are registered user, log in using your email address and password.   You will be presented with your current and past orders.  Click on the order you want to check and your order details (including status, shipping method and tracking number) will be displayed.

3.  If you are not a registered user, call customer service at 888.899.1172.

We do not accept cash, checks, money orders or PayPal. 

Customer Satisfaction & Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase at www.FuzzyHeads.com, you can return the merchandise for a merchandise credit or exchange for any reason within 15 days from the shipping date. Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size and/or color only.  The items must be in new, unused condition with the original tags and/or packaging.  Any item deemed used will not be processed for an exchange or credit. We do not offer free shipping for returns.

Please follow the steps below:

1.  Call customer service at 888-899-1172.  We will need your name, order number and method of payment to begin processing your return / exchange.  The customer service representative will provide you a RMA number.

2.  Pack the product in the original Plaid Squirrel box if possible and ship to our address.  You must include your RMA number from the customer service representative.

3.  Once we receive your shipment, you will receive an email notification from our customer service team (customerservice@plaidsquirrel.com)  to indicate the receipt of the package.

Your return will be processed in approximately 3 business days of being received at our facility and credits will be issued to the original method of payment. You will receive an e-mail notification once your return is processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
